The Smith & Wesson 100 handcuff blued (black oxide) version of their standard model 100 handcuff. These handcuffs are blued using traditional bluing processes that gun makers have been using on gun barrels for decades. Black handcuffs are preferred in tactical situations day and night where users want their gear to be as non-reflective as possible. These handcuffs also use the slot lock double locking mechanism.
